Mint cAROUSD

Convert public test stablecoin into encrypted cAROUSD at 1:1. Requires a custodial wallet. In backed mode the wallet deposits stablecoin into the commitment contract; in float mode the operator mints directly. Amount encryption happens server-side.

Blocks up to ~90 s for the receipt; may return PENDING.
